Accounts & Admin Executive

About this position


  • Must be willing to work on both accounts and Office Administration tasks on a regular basis
  • Must have accounting background, Experience working on Accounts
  • Responsible for compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and ROC filing activities
  • Should be working with company auditors in supporting all auditing requirements
  • Self-active in resolve accounts and vendor invoices related issues until resolved
  • Keep track of timesheets for consulting engagement, prepare invoices and manage accounts at any given day
  • Support management team in providing all financial data as and when required
  • Must ready to do all tasks related to office administration such as vendor orders, receivable tracking, printing and event coordination etc.

Required Candidate profile

  • Must have any degree in Accounting or Financial area
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Candidate should have strong verbal and written, email communication skills
  • Women returning to work after a career gap or looking for part time roles are most welcome
  • Prior experience in working with Tech Startup is a plus
