Customer Success Manager

About this position

Roles & Requirements

  • Understands the communication needs of enterprise customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs
  • Build relationships with client POCs, be first point of contact for designated accounts
  • Thoroughly understands product and HR processes at client side and make valid improvement suggestions
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual quota through upselling and referrals
  • Proactive and diligent in follow ups

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in similar roles; Experience as Account Manager or Customer facing role at any technical product company is a big plus!
  • Any background in HR technology products or HR processes will be an added advantage
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound reach-outs every day
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
