Responsibilities:
- Working cross-functionally with the Engineering, Customer Strategy & Operations and Product teams.
- This role requires you to work and collaborate with the customers, product & Engineering teams to meet and fit customers to our product.
- This role will be responsible for building technical project plans as well as tracking and driving the delivery of those projects.
- Strengthen and maintain relationship with the new & existing clientele. Built customized nudge engines for the platform using AWS Pinpoint which targeted User segments extracted from platform using Spark Jobs.
- Ensures problem definition, requirements, user stories, success criteria and interface design efforts.
- Understand and manage changing business and technical requirements.
- Extracted platform feature adoption metrics using Python Scripts, which helped Product team to prioritize feature requests.
- Delivers innovative and best value options to increase ease of implementation and outperform the competition.
- Client Onboarding: Automated the process of Client Onboarding with the help of APIs and scripts which enabled the Sales team to Onboard new clients smoothly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BTech graduate required minimum 1 years of experience as Product/Growth/Business Analyst preferred.
- Exceptional soft skill, including the ability to talk with both technical and business concerns.
- Deep working knowledge of SQL and Python (or other similar language).
- Must be able to work independently. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
