VP- Human Resource

About this position


  • Lead the people function of the organization including everything people ops and recruitment
  • Design recruitment process that offers a great candidate experience and helps us find the best candidates
  • Work with the recruitment team to source and close critical and senior roles
  • Design people ops processes that scale with the company including performance management, onboarding, career paths, employee engagement etc.
  • Bring in tools for leave, payroll, employee feedback etc.
  • Craft and manage our compensation strategy using data-backed insights and analysis
  • Train both new and existing managers helping them become better leaders
  • Manage existing members in the people team and hire new people as needed
  • Work closely with the founders to define our culture and values, and implement new age programs and events to inculcate them

Experience & Skills required:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR/people, with at least 4 years in managing or leading people teams
  • Experience leading people teams in tech startup
