What is a POD in Mesh?

  • Team in Mesh is for a group of people from the same organisation who work together on different projects. Weekly summaries, productivity scores and bird-eye views are generated on a team level. As it happens offline, you can be part of multiple teams in the mesh.
    Your stand-up tool is incomplete without your team, so we highly encourage you to be part of at least one team in the Mesh system.
  • By default, when employees are added (with Manager email information) they’ll be added to the teams of their reporting manager. But anyone can create a cross-functional PODs by adding existing member from the organization.

My temporary password is not working.

Temporary password is generated by the Mesh system to verify the email you entered belongs to you. Please check the inbox of the email-id you entered for the temporary password. Don’t forget to check the spam folder in case it doesn’t appear in the inbox. If it still doesn’t work you can report a bug with our product team and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I didn’t receive a temporary password.

I don’t know my temporary password

I’m seeing an "Email is already signed up" error

This error suggests you’ve already gone through the sign-up process once, and you don’t have to do it again. You can use the ‘Login’ button to do the login. In case you don’t remember the password you set for the email click here.

Login

I don't remember my password

Click on the ‘Forget password’ link and we’ll help you out in recovering your password. In case of any issues, write to our support team here, and someone will help you out as soon as possible.

I can't login to the platform.

We use cookies to manage login information, sometimes those are disabled on the browsers hence login doesn’t work. You can follow below steps to troubleshoot –

  1. Check if cookies are enabled on your browser.
  2. In case cookies are disabled, enable those and restart the browser and try logging in again.
  3. If cookies are already enabled, then please disable and then re-enable the cookies. Restart your browser, and try logging in again.

Settings

I can't add an employee / employee addition failed in Company settings

  1. Below mentioned fields are compulsory for adding a new employee, without it will fail – First Name, Last Name, Email, and Access. Rest information is suggested but not mandatory.
  2. If you’re trying the Bulk Upload feature, ensure the file is in .CSV format, size is <10MB, follows same structure as provided and has mandatory fields i.e. first Name, last Name, email and access etc.
  3. If even after above checks employee upload fails, write to us at support@mesh.ai and we’ll quickly resolve this for you

Why do some teams show '(pending)' in front of their name?

When you’re invited to join any team, it’s shown in the left pane of the settings panel with a pending remark. You can accept the invite by clicking on the same, and now you can see that team with other teams in the panel.
