In addition to direct employee reviews, there are two more types of reviews that you might want to use for your organization. These are,
Upward Reviews - Wherein a direct reportee is expected to review their immediate manager.
Downward Reviews - Wherein irrespective of being a manager or a direct reportee, your senior will be reviewing you.

The only difference is for any review type other than manager review, the right sided panel for highlighting the self and peer reviews won’t be available.
