We are pleased to announce that, as part of a reorganisation exercise, People Mesh, Inc. and its affiliates (operating under the trade name “Mesh.ai”) will be transferring their business operations to Netchex Holdings Company, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Acquirers”). The Acquirers are part of the Netchex group, which is one of the fastest growing cloud-based platforms that simplifies payroll, HR, and benefits administration. This transfer will be effective from the date of this announcement (“Effective Date”).

As part of this transfer, your existing contracts with People Mesh, Inc. will be assigned to Netchex Holdings Company, Inc; and your existing contracts with People Mesh Private Limited will be assigned to Nexme Technologies Private Limited, on and with effect from the Effective Date. The Netchex group is committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will continue to provide the same high level of service and support.
