1. Introduction

Welcome to People Mesh, Inc. (d/b/a “Mesh”)


Mesh, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://mesh.ai (the “Site”) (collectively referred to as the “Service”).


People Mesh, Inc. is a B2B people management software company. The Mesh platform provides employee performance and engagement needs for continuous performance management and goal tracking.


Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to the site and the service, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.


Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (the “Agreement”).

SERVICE means the http://mesh.ai web site and the Mesh mobile service operated by Mesh.

Mesh’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
